How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect.
Processing
Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 2-3 days for processing. Orders received after 3PM will be begin being processed the following business day.
Shipping
We are responsible for the transportation of products to the US, Canada and other international destinations. The shipping time depends on where you are. Free shipping in the US and Canada, generally 3-5 working days of standard delivery date.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, We not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.
International Shipping
According to the different catalogs, colored pencils in addition to North America, other destinations need to pay freight. Wilshin is responsible for the transportation, and the time limit for delivery in Britain, France and Germany is 6-9 working days. Russia and Italy need 20-35 working days.

We are not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies,to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
